How Do I Get Started?

An ePetRecords serial number will be assigned to each of your pets, allowing you to access the above features. You will also be provided with a wallet card containing your pet’s serial number and first time login instructions. After receiving your serial number you can visit ePetRecords.com and set-up your profile.

How Can I Get A Wallet Card?

It’s easy. Just call us at 810-653-3988 or stop by. If you have an upcoming appointment we will assign a card to your pet at check-out. If you do not have an upcoming appointment we can provide you with a serial number over the phone and mail your card to you.
